    Original Italian Poster (39x55) for the Allen Reisner music biography, ST. LOUIS BLUES (1958). A wonderful cast populates this very loosely based biography of W.C Handy. The film starred Nat King Cole, Eartha Kitt, and Pearl Bailey. Plus a host of other great performers. Nat King Cole released an album of W.C. Handy tunes on a Capitol L.P. and "The St. Louis Blues" became a staple in the repertoire of Ella Fitzgerald. This Italian poster has art by Sandro Symeoni and is in very fine condition. Scarce and in great shape. A wonderful poster.
