In order to keep our costs low we ship all of our nails in padded mail envelopes.  99.9% of the time the boxes arrive in absolutely perfect condition, but since they are thin plastic boxes, every once in awhile you might find that the box gets a little dented in shipping.  We do offer priority mail with insurance if this is something that you don't want to risk.  We ship 10,000 nails a week and have at the most 3 complaints about this, so that is why we added the priority option if you prefer it.
