    some may be a little sticky on the inside
    It is common for these to become sticky inside due to long term government storage. turn them inside out and soak / wash them in a bath of warm water and dawn dish soap or wool light then rinse well and let air dry.
    Also after washing some soldiers will but a little baby powder on a rag and lightly coat the inside of the bag which keeps from getting sticky in the future.
