Here is an original Belgian movie poster from the first release of Vincente Minnelli's classic comedy film
Father Of The Bride
. The movie starred Spencer Tracy as a man trying to cope with the extensive and expensive preparations for his daughter's upcoming wedding. This poster is from the first release of the film in Belgium in 1950. The beautiful artwork is unique to this Belgian release poster which seldom comes up for sale or auction.

DESCRIPTION:
Very Good Untrimmed Folded Condition.  A few pinholes in the surrounding white borders along with minimal crinkling. A small tear in the left border at fold. Overall slight yellowing of paper. Originally folded as issued, this poster has been stored flat for the past  21 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
